We sell exclusively to consumers in the United Kingdom. Please read these Terms carefully before using the website. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that product colours or details will appear exactly as shown on your device. Minor variations between product images and the delivered product do not constitute a defect.
All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Any delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice; price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we will contact you before processing your order. You will then have the choice to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it and receive a full refund.

3. Orders and Fulfilment
When you place an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the products, at which point you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, for example in the case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or orders that appear to be placed by resellers rather than consumers. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method without undue delay.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information for all transactions. Order processing, handling, and delivery are carried out in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we will deliver your order without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of order confirmation, unless a different period is agreed. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you. If your order has not been delivered within 15 business days of your order confirmation, you may contact us at info@elara-london.co.uk to cancel the order at no cost and receive a full refund.

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. All payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners using SSL encryption and in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. No additional transaction or platform fees are charged to customers.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Orders may be subject to verification and anti-fraud checks; we reserve the right to cancel orders we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, in which case any amounts charged will be refunded in full.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Your Right to Cancel
As a UK consumer, you have the legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason. On top of this, we offer an extended return window of 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
