At Elara London, we are committed to delivering your order reliably and transparently. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website and delivered within the United Kingdom. We sell and ship exclusively to consumers in the United Kingdom.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden fees at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
Processing & Delivery Time

Orders placed after 5:00 PM UK time, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. During peak periods such as holidays or promotional sales, delivery times may be slightly extended. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we will deliver your order in any event within 30 days of order confirmation.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Carrier
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail. All deliveries are door-to-door and fully tracked.
Delivery Area
We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. We are currently unable to deliver to:
- International addresses
- PO Boxes
- BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses
Address Changes
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. If you need to update your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at info@elara-london.co.uk with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@elara-london.co.uk. Please include your order number in your message.
After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in processing. Once your order has been dispatched, pre-dispatch cancellation is no longer possible. As a UK consumer, you can then still use your statutory 14-day right to cancel after delivery, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders
Delayed orders: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@elara-london.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with Royal Mail and provide an update within 1 business day. If your order has not been delivered within 15 business days of your order confirmation, you may cancel the order at no cost and receive a full refund.
Lost orders: If the carrier confirms that your package has been lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a free return where needed and offer a replacement or full refund, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised Last Updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
